Union Minister Murlidhar Mohol Meets Devendra Jog, Demands Strict Action

Pune: Union Minister Murlidhar Mohol visited the residence of Devendra Jog, a BJP worker and IT engineer who was brutally assaulted by members of the notorious Gajanan Marne gang in Pune.

Mohol, who was accompanied by his wife, met with Jog and his family to offer support and condolences. He condemned the incident, stating that such violence would not be tolerated.

Jog was assaulted by members of the Gajanan Marne gang while he was riding his two-wheeler through a Shiv Jayanti procession in Kothrud. The police have arrested the accused individuals and are investigating the incident.

Mohol demanded strict action against the perpetrators and instructed Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar to take necessary measures to ensure the safety of citizens.

Mohol emphasized the need for prompt action to prevent such incidents in the future. He urged the police to take proactive measures to ensure the safety of citizens, particularly youngsters like Jog who are innocent and law-abiding.
